Specialist care provider seeks care homes catering for Mental Health, ABI, Challenging Behaviour, ASD, Prada Willi syndrome, Physical Disabilities and Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities.
Homes where average fee rates are in excess of £1,500 (subject to regional variation) will be considered.
Also sought are Supported Living businesses and Children’s Services businesses, ranging from foster care to registered homes catering for all needs, including moderate to severe learning disabilities and EBD.
By location specific requirements are:
South East
Primary areas of focus are Portsmouth and surround, Maidstone and surround and any area of London;
Registered homes (up to 8 places) – fees in excess of £1,500 per service user – single units or small groups;
Supported living businesses – EBITDA in excess of £100,000 p.a.;
Children’s services – London and Surrey.
South West
Registered homes (up to 8 places) – fees in excess of £1,000 per service user;
Small group of homes (4 homes upwards);
All categories of care needs will be considered.
Home Counties and Suffolk
Registered homes (up to 8 places) – fees in excess of £1,000 per service user;
All categories of care needs will be considered;
Supported living businesses – EBITDA in excess of £100,000 p.a.;
Particular requirements for Milton Keynes area for a service delivering dementia care for people with LD;
Buckinghamshire/Reading – requirement for facility that could be converted into small flats for transitional care;
Kings Lynn area – up to 8 bed service (any care category – young adults) with fees in excess of £1,000.
Cheltenham/Gloucester
Individual service or small group of homes (LD or mental health – young adults) – fees in excess of £1,000 per service user;
Supported living business – EBITDA in excess of £100,000 p.a.
Walsall & Tipton
Units for Day Centres to replace existing units insufficient to meet demand.
West Midlands
Supported Living businesses – EBITDA in excess of £100,000 p.a.;
Individual services or small group of homes (LD or mental health – young adults) – fees in excess of £1,500 per service user;
Children’s Services – registered homes and foster services.
Yorkshire
Individual services (all categories of care needs – young adults) – fees in excess of £1,500 per service user;
Supported Living businesses – EBITDA in excess of £100,000 p.a..
